Our technicians perform a pre-commissioning virtual inspection to ensure the system can safely be commissioned. This also helps determine that all the tools and equipment are available to perform the commissioning safely as well. Here at Wildcat Solutions, our engineers write detailed documents that test all of the functions of the system that can be tested. Once this is complete, the client signs the documentation agreeing that the commissioning was performed, and the equipment works according to specifications. If there are any punch list items these will be denoted in the completed document that the client receives.

Here at Wildcat Solutions, we provide preventative maintenance services that are based on the NETA Maintenance Testing Standards. Our technicians are trained to perform these tests and record the results which will be given to the client, and any deficiencies presented will be repaired. Some testing such as Thermography requires scheduling an additional visit to repair the deficiencies shown in the report. Also, these reports can be used by our engineers to determine the proper preventative maintenance frequency.

Instead of waiting for a technician to travel to your rig, we provide remote support, which gives you the ability to have us on your rig and troubleshoot in minutes, saving you a lot of money in travel expenses. Our trained technicians can connect to the rig via the maintenance personnel laptop or our Data Logger. Then, they can assist in troubleshooting PLC issues or guide the onsite personnel to troubleshoot hardware issues. If the rig has Wildcat Data Logger, our technicians can request reports on incidents and provide a report detailing the sequence of events. 

Here at Wildcat Solutions, we provide 24/7 field service for your emergencies. Our technicians will come to your site and assist in troubleshooting the issue in a safe manner. They will provide your crew with software and hardware support, as well as training for the maintenance personnel and operating crew if needed. Whenever the repair is completed, the client receives a detailed report showing the actions that were taken and what are the recommendations to prevent the issue in the future. 

We understand startups can be challenging. Especially when many troubleshooting activities occur. Wildcat technicians are available to be onsite for startup support and assist with any issues to get the equipment back into production as quickly as possible. Upon a successful startup, the client receives a report detailing all of the troubleshooting activities that occurred, what actions were taken to correct the issue and recommendations to prevent future delays.
